GigCoin is solely owned and operated by Mobile Test Kitchen, Inc. The Terms of services below are between Mobile Test Kitchen and you and govern your use of the GigCoin. Gigcoin is a platform that allows you to quickly post and get gigs. We take community seriously at Gigcoin, so please make sure you understand the rules (terms of service), or your account may be blocked permanently for violations.

You are responsible for setting the task you want done, the rate of pay, the standards of completion, and for communicating these clearly to the gig taker. You are responsible for assessing completed work and making payment in a timely manner. Failure to communicate with gig takers regarding disputes over work standards and completion may result in conversion of the job to automatic payment for the gig taker, at which time you will be billed. You are solely responsible for entering into and managing your relationship with the Gig Taker. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity conducted on your account.

You are responsible for completing jobs you take on in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the gig givers. Other than payment by the gig giver, you relinquish all claims on your completed work once you submit it. You are solely responsible for entering into and managing your relationship with the Gig Giver. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity conducted on your account.

Gig takers and Gig givers must be 18 years old or above. Gigcoin is not responsible for either party’s payment, but will work to resolve disputes between parties.   Gigcoin may ban gig takers or gig givers for failure to pay, failure to complete work, or failure to communicate with one another. Gigcoin will never ask you for your Pay Pal account information. You are solely responsible for managing your Pay Pal account. Both buyers and sellers may cancel a gig by mutual agreement with no negative effect on either party. Unanswered mutual cancellation requests will be automatically accepted after 48 hours. You are responsible for assuring any transferred files are free of viruses and malware. Gigcoin will not be responsible for any damages that might occur due to site usage, use of content, or files transferred. Gig givers and gig takers may not use Gigcoin to facilitate illegal activity.  Posting, linking to, or sending adult, illegal, copyright protected, promotional, spam, violent, or otherwise offensive material is prohibited. Failure to comply may result in permanent blocking of accounts. Gig takers and Gig givers must comply with any and all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement and testimonial disclosure regulations, and Gigcoin is not responsible for any user's failure to comply with such. We encourage all users to report any gig instructions, gig givers or gig takers that appear to be violating FTC requirements. Failure to compile with FTC requirements will get your account suspended. Gigcoin reserves the right to monitor any site usage for quality control purposes and dispute resolution.

Automated access to Gigcoin by or on behalf of Internet search engines is permitted.  However, you must not:
a) access Gigcoin other than through the normal Gigcoin web interface;
b) access Gigcoin through any automated means (including, without limitation, through the use of scripts or WebCrawler’s);
c) infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
d) use Gigcoin if you have been blocked from doing so;

You acknowledge and agree that Mobile Test Kitchen, Inc. retains complete editorial control over Gigcoin and that they may, at their sole discretion and without notice to You:
(a) remove, delete or amend any material contained on Gigcoin or in their Database at any time, including (without limitation) any material contained in a Gig;
(b) reject, refuse, remove, delete or amend any Gig at any time;
(c) position Gigs as it sees fit; and
(d) stipulate other conditions to ensure that the commercial nature of Gigs is clear.

This Site and all the materials contained on it, including the “look and feel” of the Site, are the property of Mobile Test Kitchen, Inc. and/or the property of our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We encourage gig givers and gig takers to resolve any disputes between themselves. Parties with unresolved issues may contact GigCoin's customer support department here: support@gigcoin.com

Neither Gigcoin nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the GigCoin app or web site for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Using any information or materials on this app or Web site is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this Web site meet your specific requirements. Gigcoin contains content created by third parties (i.e. not by Mobile Test Kitchens, Inc.), (Third Party Content). Except as otherwise indicated, we do not endorse, sponsor or approve any business listed on Gigcoin, any Third Party Content or the products or services offered by any business listed on GigCoin. We also take no responsibility for and have no liability for the relationship between the Gig giver and Gig taker.  

We take seriously the ideal of community, and hope your Gigcoin use will contribute to this goal. Use of vulgar, racist or inaccurate language in communication within the site or in postings will not be permitted. Expectations include but are not limited to:
a) Don’t over share – either your own personal information or someone else’s – without permission;
b) Don’t misrepresent others’ work as your own;
c) Don’t impersonate, falsely state or misrepresent an affiliation with any person or organization; and
d)Don’t harass others in the community.

Gigcoin reserves the right to monitor communication on the site and to remove inappropriate content.
Gigcoin reserves the right to change or update its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, Gigcoin will post a new copy of the Terms of Service available at:  www.gigcoin.com/toc
You understand and agree that using Gigcoin after posting of changes in the Terms of Service will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
